How long does it usually take to for my order to ship?

Most orders usually ship within two weeks. Ketubot, which require personalization, usually ship in six weeks.

Where are you shipping from?

We ship from Chicago, IL.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship by USPS, and we provide tracking information in your shipping notification email.

The exception to this is stickers; if you order 10 or fewer stickers without anything else, they are mailed in a #10 envelope without tracking (tracking would make the shipping more expensive than stickers themselves).

Where do you ship to? Do you ship outside the USA?

At the moment, our website is only equipped to handle shipping within the United States of America.

If you wish to place an international order, please fill out the International Order Form and we will be in touch to arrange payment and shipment.

Can I log in and track my order?

We do not have a user login system. Unless we are on vacation, orders other than ketubot usually ship within two weeks of order date, and include a USPS shipment tracking number in the Shipping Confirmation Email. If you are concerned, or you wish to cancel your order, you can always email us. Please reference your order in the email.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel any order without personalization any time up until you receive your Shipping Notification Email by replying to your Order Confirmation Email with "Cancel Order" in the body of the email (please leave the Order Number visible!).
If you want to cancel or emend an order with personalization, such as a ketubah, please email us immediately to let us know - if we have not begun working on your order yet, then it will be possible to cancel it.

Do you have a newsletter I can subscribe to?

At the moment we do not have a newsletter.

Do you offer discount codes or coupons anywhere?

So far we have not done so. We will announce it on our homepage if that changes.

Do you have any art with [insert favorite copyrighted fandom here]?

We have a few licensed works and works printed with permission.
If there is something in particular you want to see, please let us know! We're open to suggestions, though we may not be able to execute all o them.

Do you do custom work? How much does it cost?
