Return Policy

Undamaged items, excepting ketubot, are eligible for returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in original condition. Upon receipt of return, the customer will receive a refund for their original purchase, less shipping both ways and a $5 restocking fee.
Please fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request Form and we will send you a shipping label.

If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you or refund you in full. Please notify us immediately and save the damaged original packaging and artwork so we can make the appropriate insurance claims with the shipper. Please check the package as soon as it arrives because there is a time limit from the date of delivery for us to make a damage claim.

Ketubah Return Policy

Ketubot that arrive with errors of our making will be repaired or replaced at Geek Calligraphy’s expense.

Ketubot with errors due to faulty information submitted at the time of purchase may be fixable. Reparable ketubot should be shipped back to Geek Calligraphy, where we will fix the errors and return the ketubah to you. There will be a $2 fee per change and the customer must pay for the shipping.

Exchange Policy

If you received the wrong item, Geek Calligraphy will pay for return shipping of the original item and send the correct item at no additional cost to you upon return of the original item. Please fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request Form and we will email you a shipping label for the return and ship your replacement item as soon as possible.

Recipients of gifts can exchange gift items, but they will have to pay the difference and shipping themselves - we cannot charge the giver of a gift without their permission. The giver of a gift can also initiate a return and pay the difference.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order any time up until the order is shipped by replying to your order confirmation email and typing "Cancel Order" in the body. If you wish to cancel only part of the order, please specify which item should be canceled and which should remain.
